SHIPPING

RETURNS: We do not accept returns as many of our products are custom ordered. The exception would only be if you received an incorrect or defective item due to our error.

IF you received an incorrect item due to our error, please email us at chixgearexchanges@gmail.com. Once we receive your product back we will issue you a store credit for the purchase amount and all shipping costs.

CHIX GEAR is NOT responsible for REFUNDING your money if you ordered the incorrect size. Before ordering ALWAYS check for a size chart or if you are unsure of what size to order, read the details. below the item in the description. 

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping rates are flat rates per how many items are ordered.

In stock (non preorder) items will ship within 7-10 business days via USPS. We use first class & priority shipping classes which can take from 3 days to 2 weeks to get your items. 

Shipping terminology: AWAITING FULFILLMENT: This simply means that we have received your paid order and it is on a picking list for our shop to gather and then ship.

We are a U.S. domiciled business.


PREORDERS

Preorders DO NOT SHIP until the order closes, the garments are ordered and then the garments are printed or embroidered. This entire process can take from 14 to 21 BUSINESS days. When ordering a preorder shirt, you will see the ship date ON the image. This is the EARLIEST date that your order will ship. If you order both NON preorder items AND preorder items, they will ship TOGETHER unless you run two seperate orders and pay for shipping costs on each order.

*Close Outs or SALE items: we do not allow for exchanges on items in these categories. 

BLACK FRIDAY - We do not accept ANY returns for items purchased on Black Friday.
